Privacy Policy

Farewell From Home does not yet employ or contract a lawyer, therefore, an official privacy policy has not been created. That being said, Farewell From Home is committed to adhering to the following guidelines

• The information provided on the signed client form will be stored physically on the Farewell From Home premises and saved on Google Drive for a minimum of 7 years (requirement of the Veterinary Practise Board WA)

• Your pet's name, breed and weight, as well as your name and phone number, will be provided to the crematorium if the communal, private or on-hold aftercare option is selected

• Farewell From Home will de-identify your data with the exception of your pet's breed, weight, age and neuter status; your suburb; and the time and month of the euthanasia appointment, to be used for internal market statistical analysis. This statistical analysis may be shared with investors or potential business partners.

• Absolutely no data will be shared with third parties (besides the third parties described above), including organisations that collect customer data for profit. In other words, your data is intentionally secured from known organisations with malicious or nefarious intent.
